At John Stonemart Memorials, quality begins with the factories and quarries we own and the materials we use. Every headstone and monument is crafted from 100% natural granite or marble, sourced directly through our own overseas quarries and manufacturing facilities. We don't source from any third-party factory or even use any engineered stone which can quickly result in quality issues. This is why our quality is exceptional: we have greater control over every aspect of every memorial stone we manually craft for each one of our customer that we treat with dignity, respect, and genuine care.
Before leaving our workshop, each grave marker undergoes a comprehensive quality inspection to ensure it matches your approved design, including its dimensions, finish, workmanship, and overall presentation. This commitment to quality allows us to create lasting memorials that honour your loved one with strength, beauty, and exceptional craftsmanship.
All new memorials come with a two-year stone warranty. We use 100% natural granite, so issues are extremely rare. However, if a stone-related issue occurs within two years, we will replace the affected part immediately. Any issue after the initial two years is very uncommon because this is the best strength of granites.
